When exercising and strengthening your body, you must regard many details to develop a balanced physique with high performance ability. This applies also in avoiding injuries. As an example the importance of supportive inner core muscles and how to activate and strengthen them, is an unknown subject for most gym goers. Even though it should be in the basics of your strength training.

In my coaching I use weight training, functional training and alternating cardio from walks to kick boxing. Correctly directed stretching is part of the muscle maintenance. These are used for creating an inspiring and effective training program for individual needs.

Injuries and chronic joint pain are common among trainees and mostly evoked by unnatural training techniques, poor program planning or overtraining. Especially back and shoulder problems are well-known. With the right kind of approach even the injured areas can be strengthened actually stronger than before. I can be helpful in some of these cases.
